| My first homebrew... | IPA from a kit. Turned out well. No big troubles. |
| Homebrewing Story... | Made Goat Scrotum Ale with a few too many hot peppers. Never used to scrape labels off of bottles we bottled in. A few friends had some hot pepper surprises when they opened up what they thought were some Saranac Lager bottles. The only batch of homebrew that took me and my buddies more than a month to drink. Solid porter but the pepper burned the whole way down. |
