| My first homebrew... | My first homebrew was with Mr. Beer, West Coast Pale Ale, and it was etrocious! I am sure you can brew some decent beer with that little set up, but do not bother following their directions! My first official 5 gallon homebrew was with Williams Brewing Weizen beer. It turned out pretty damn good, I was amazed and completely hooked! I would love to start my own little local brewery sometime before I die, I think that would be a beautiful goal to fulfill and perhaps leave to my kids. Well, I am only 35, so lots of brewing left in me! |
