Mini Interview |
|
| My first homebrew... | Tried to brew a extract/partial mash Heineken clone to try and fool a friend of mine from Holland. Even used a Heineken bottle. BUT it had some chill haze, a little skunky, it was not to bad, but the look on his face after he tasted it, expecting the great taste of his hometown brew, was a kodak moment!! |
| Homebrewing Story... | The time my friends and I were brewing a wheat beer on top of the Village brewery here in Houston, Texas. We drop a Phillips screw driver and a oven mitt in the boil, the mitt was retrieved right away, but the screw driver was in for the duration!! The beer turned out to be very good so we named it "Craftsman Hefeweizen" no off or metallic flavors at all.....lol |
