Mini Interview |
|
| My first homebrew... | Just a plain stout -- my favorite beer at the time. Used a beer kit and it turned out pretty good. Enough to make me want to brew more! |
| Homebrewing Story... | Mocha Java Stout... I have no idea how this beer turned out fine. I brewed it in one of the plastic bucket kits and while putting the airlock on, the rubber seal fell into the beer and sank all the way to the bottom. I had read about keeping your beer sterile, so I pondered a bit on how to get the rubber seal back out. I tried with spoons and other gadgets and finally just stuck my arm, elbow deep, into the stout to fish it out. It turned out pretty tasty! |
| 3 favorite beers | Deschutes Jubelale Rogue Brutal Bitter Stone Arrogant Bastard |
| Why I homebrew... | I like the chemistry. I like the beer. I like sharing the beer with friends. |
