| My first homebrew... | It was supposed to be an Amber Ale. Knocked over the crystal, losing about 1/3. Almost had a boil over. Messed up the hop schedule by a few minutes. Overall, it came out weak at around 3.2%, and not a lot of body.....it just made want to brew another batch to make a better beer.....and I did. |
