Mini Interview |
|
| My first homebrew... | first batch I did on my own was a mini-mash newcastle clone. no one died from it, so i decided it was worth trying again, and again, and again. |
| Homebrewing Story... | despite being meticulous about taking my regular gravity readings, I never really fully trusted the alcohol content of my beers, simply because I never had more than 1 or 2 in a sitting. That all changed one night when I broke out a batch of a 10.5 ABV double IPA at a home poker game, and realized several bottles later that I had made a huge mistake. a case down, and no one at the table could see straight enough to see their cards. I guess that's a win. |

| Why I homebrew... | I enjoy putting my time and effort into something, and knowing that with a little patience, I can create a beer that will make my friends say "wow". (I used to say I did it because it was cheaper than store bought, but the way this hobby is going, I won't break even any time soon.... |
| Brewing Accomplishments | does the geiser from my stuck airlock count as an accomplishment? |
