| My first homebrew... | "Easy Wheat" The homebrew store suggested it. 6lbs (old) liquid wheat extract, 1oz saaz hops (45min boil), Coopers ale yeast. I almost stopped homebrewing there and then. |
| Homebrewing Story... | "Accidental Grogg" I was making a Pale ale, when I ran out of propane 5mins into the boil. I'm too cheap to dump it, so I tossed in the finishing hops, let it sit for a few minutes. Fermented with Nottinghams. Although I haven't made it since, it was very good. |
