Mini Interview |
|
| My first homebrew... | The first time I brewed was with a friend. It was a simple process that I have since learned wasn't the best process, but we enjoyed the brew and I was hooked. |
| Homebrewing Story... | I have a full keg set up but still bottle more than I keg. Mainly because I hate to drink my beer. Not because it isn't good but because I hate it when it's gone. I figure bottling it makes it last alittle longer. |
| 3 favorite beers | Rochefort 8 Hair of the Dog-Adam Jason Gregory's Alt |
| Why I homebrew... | I love to cook and I love beer. Brewing beer is just like cooking a good meal except you end up with beer. |
| Brewing Accomplishments | Won some ribbons, joined some clubs, sat on some boards, etc. |
