Mini Interview |
|
| My first homebrew... | An interesting ale I called "Scotch Gypsy". I tried to create a recipe from my fathers leftovers from his brewing. I figured I could do a Scottish Export ale. The "Gypsy" part was the fact that some of the ingredients were definitely not traditional scotch ale ingredients. The beer was surprisingly correct for the style and pretty darn good if I may say so. I should try brewing that again. |
| Homebrewing Story... | I think my first homebrew was my most interesting so far. |
| 3 favorite beers | the next one, the one after that, and then the one after those two. |
| Why I homebrew... | For fun.. but now that I live in Belgium (I am an American) I brew the British and American styles that I can't get here.. and it's fun |
| Brewing Accomplishments | isn't making beer enough of an accomplishment? It's like magic! |
