Mini Interview |
|
| My first homebrew... | 3 college guys and a brand new brew kit setup = "Caveat Emptor" our first beer. It was o.k., considering we were regularly drinking Busch Lite at the time because it was $6.50/case. Caveat Emptor got us excited that we could actually do this and not explode everything. |
| Homebrewing Story... | I'm a card-carrying member of the "mop the ceiling" club. Made a raspberry stout last summer which turned out great, but I had the standard 3 pc. airlock on the secondary when I added the berries. Note to self: blowoff tubes from now on. Needless to say there was fruit everywhere when I went to check it the next morning. Live and learn. |
| 3 favorite beers | My pale ales Bridgeport IPA Guinness |
| Why I homebrew... | I've always enjoyed cooking, and I really enjoy beer. It's both fun and satisfying to brew and have my friends keep asking for more. |
| Brewing Accomplishments | Involving my kids in the process so I can still spend time with them when I'm brewing. |
| Favorite Online Beer Site | Tastybrew! |
