| My first homebrew... | A mister beer amber beer. It did not ferment out completely and tasted way too sweet. But good enough to make me want to perfect the process. |
| Homebrewing Story... | I did extract w/specialty grain brown ale. I must have had one too many before starting cuz I forgot to grind the grain. The beer was full of tanins. at least I can Identify that taste. I tossed all but one... to save the yeast. |
