| My first homebrew... | Imperial Stout. Brewed it in my kitchen in the middle of the night on an electric stove so I never really got it to boil. Now i use a propane cooker outside works much better. Anyway while I was brewing my wife gets up and starts complaining about the smell. The whole house smelled like grains, I thought it smelled great! So needless to say that was the end of the brewing indoors. The beer actually turned out good, I was really surprised. And I've been hooked every since then. |
