Mini Interview |
|
| My first homebrew... | An extract oatmeal stout (didn't know to mash the oatmeal so you can guess how it turned out). I still have quite a few bottles. It is a batch of gushing, carbonated syrup that is not really distinguishable as beer. I really do not know what the heck happened but this stuff is strange. Not really bad, just not something you would readily identify as beer nor anything else I would ever really want to drink for fun. |
| Homebrewing Story... | I once entered a beer swap than included Stan Hieronymus. |
| 3 favorite beers | Belgian Tripels & Dubbels/Quadrupels Baltic Porters and Barleywines Munich and Vienna Malt-based beers, IPAs, or Rye Beers |
| Why I homebrew... | To make more interesting stuff than what I can buy and to push the envelope on what can be made while still tasting/smelling very well in the process. |
| Brewing Accomplishments | I make beer that does not taste like crap. |
