| Homebrewing Story... | I was brewing a hefeweizen and running it through my homemade wort chiller when my equipment just fell apart. Precious wort was pouring over the ground and all I could do was plug the hole with my thumb. This was near boiling wort mind you. I nursed my thumb,salvage the rest of it, and had to add water to get back up to 5 gallons. My O.G. suffered, but it turned out great, and my friends loved it. Problem is I will never be able to replicate it. |
