| My first homebrew... | Cheap kit that was supposed to be a bavarian Weizen but ended up being a '' nobody". I was back from a 3 year adventure in Germany and I just wanted to continue drinking what I taught was the most interesting beer I ever tasted. |

| Brewing Accomplishments | I started all grain brewind about 9 monts ago and I brew about 5 gallons / week since then. Never had an infection (yet) nor any other problems. All my batches were enjoyed by many of my friends as well as my lovely wife and (God forbid me) by my kids |
