Mini Interview |
|
| My first homebrew... | First brew was an extract brown ale recipe given to me by one of the guys at the Ithaca Brewery. It had Northern Brewer and Mt. Hood hops, and tasted delicious. It is the only beer I've made that wasn't of my own design, but it's one of the few that I've remade. |
| Homebrewing Story... | |
| 3 favorite beers | Chimay Triple, Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout, Coniston Bluebird Bitter (cask) |
| Why I homebrew... | Because I like the creative aspect of making a recipe, the freedom to make whatever beer I feel like, and the fact that there's something physically produced from all the work. It's also a great feeling to have someone else sip one of these beers and say that it's good. |
| Brewing Accomplishments | The only accomplishment I need is to be satisfied with the beer I brew, which I am. I have not entered any contests yet, but I think I may do that sometime later this year once I'm set for brewing at my new place. |
