| My first homebrew... | It was a Nut Bown extract kit from the homebrew store. It turned out OK, but then again, I haven't made a Nut Brown since. |

| Why I homebrew... | Well, first off it's a hell of a lot of fun to to have a hobby the produces a tasty alcoholic beverage as an end product! Second, I'm definately not a scientist, but I really enjoy the science of brewing. I wish I had payed more attention in chemistry! |
| Brewing Accomplishments | I haven't entered any competitions...maybe in the future. But I'm really proud of my beer fridge and brewery in the basement. Oh yeah, my beer is pretty drinkable, too! |
