| My first homebrew... | Was a porter from a kit... came out decent but had a detergenty taste.. was attributed to slow starting yeast and infection of the wort. |
| Homebrewing Story... | One time I was bottling, I didn't lock the dogs downstairs like I normally do and after racking into my bucket, I moved the carboy to another table and one of the dogs was lapping up the beer out of the bucket. I bottled it but it was horrible after a couple of weeks. |
