| My first homebrew... | German Oktoberfest kit. turned out alright until it got a little sour afte 2 months |
| Homebrewing Story... | I used a false bottom in my kettle for my first all grain brew. didn't tighten the nut enough to keep it attached to the ball valve and my sparge immediately got stuck. ended up having to use a bent hanger to unstick the sparge a few times, hence my first all-grain brew as named "Bent Hanger IPA". Ended up tasting great |
