Mini Interview |
|
| My first homebrew... | my brother helped me brew a braggot. we steeped in a cup of sarsparilla and planned on saving it for a year. not many made it that long, but the ones that did were well worth waiting for. |
| Homebrewing Story... | |
| 3 favorite beers | smuttynose big A iipa, victory st. victorious dopplebock, my own "Hoppily Ever After" |
| Why I homebrew... | i have a love of beer and cooking. i am also somewhat poor. were i not poor, i would still make (excellent) beer. most beer on the market is not strong enough, plus, where is the adventure in redrinking old favorites time and again? Another great reason would be hops.. actually hops might be enough on their own. I love hops, even more-so do I love MORE hops. |
| Brewing Accomplishments | i've made a bunch of beer and all of it has gotten drank. I guess the greater accomplishment might have been to save some. We'll do that later. Recently, I proudly boast, I have recruited two of my peers for the greater good. they have been hopelessly drawn to the mystical art of beer brewing in just the last month. Cheers! |
