| My first homebrew... | Saw the "Amber Waves" episode of Good Eats and jumped right in. Maybe should have started with a kit, but not knowing better I went to the home brew store and bought the things I needed. I'm not sure what it tasted like, cause I got my arm in the cooling wort and pitched about halfway thru the second fermentation. Got much better after that. |
