| My first homebrew... | It was a Scottish Ale kit from American Home Brew in San Diego,Ca. I bought the brewing kit from a friend at work and the lhbs was just down the street from my job so I bought the kit. It was a great beer, but perception can be swayed after achievement. My Friends all liked it. |

| Why I homebrew... | I enjoy the hobby, It's part of my love for cooking. I like the creative process behind making something from "scratch" so to say. And I like to drink beer from time to time, This hobby affords me the chance to experiment with types of beer I cannot get at the store, or am not willing to pay the premium price for anyway. |
