Mini Interview |
|
| My first homebrew... | It was almost drinkable. Seriously though, it was a batch brewed with a Mr. Beer Kit and it peaked my interest enough to toss the Mr Beer kit in the garbage and to start learning. That seems like a very long time ago now that I brew 10+ gallons at a time of some very great beer the good old fashion way! |
| Homebrewing Story... | |
| 3 favorite beers | Impossible but I could try.... (later) |
| Why I homebrew... | I love the process, the end result, and the potential to always learn more and produce a better product. I don't think it's possible for any home brewer to ever stop learning more about brewing, and I don't think anyone ever truly becomes a "master brewer" Too many styles to keep it interesting and to challenge a true enthusiast. |
| Brewing Accomplishments | I brew for me. (Selfish I know). I have no interest in winning Blue Ribbons and I'm proud to say I have never even bothered to enter any of my beers into a contest. I have taught many people how to brew and I share my hobby with anyone who's interested. This is my greatest brewing accomplishment IMO. It's pretty fun to drink your own recipe's when brewed by other brewers. |
