Mini Interview |
|
| My first homebrew... | Sierra Nevada clone kit. I kegged it and was very happy with the results. I did notice a grassy aftertaste that went away after a week in the keg. Maybe because I force carbonated. |
| Homebrewing Story... | My brew buddy dumping the priming sugar from the bottling bucket thinking it was sanitizer. |
| 3 favorite beers | Goose Island Bourbon County Stout Founders KBS Rochefort 10 |
| Why I homebrew... | For fun. I moved to Jersey from Florida and the SCUBA sucks up here so I needed to find a new way to waste money and agrivate the wife. |
| Brewing Accomplishments | Stouts, IPA, Pale Ale, Belgians of all types, Scottish Ale and sometime I throw odds and ends together for whatever it ends up being. I am almost ready to start all grain after about 30 brews with no bad ones. |
