| My first homebrew... | After a generous gift of three carboys and some other equipment from a friend, my LHBS sold me a can of Cooper's Stout Extract Kit, some corn sugar, and I was off. The can had a heavy layer of dust on the top, an expired package of yeast, but the beer worked out. It wasn't very carbonated, but it got me started. |
