| My first homebrew... | The first was an extract kit from St Pat's of Austin that my brother gave me for my birthday. I reduced the water from 5 gal to 3 gal and added 1 1/2 lbs of molasses to kick up the alcohol content. Wish somebody would have told me to reduce the hop level. That kit was overhopped anyway.... |
