Mini Interview |
|
| My first homebrew... | Your basic partial-mash brown ale. Not too bad actually, just didn't have the hang of proper carbonation yet |
| Homebrewing Story... | So I'm living in a big house with a bunch of friends in college and the girlfriend and I decide to make a big stout that would be ready by the time it starts to cool down, considering it was the middle of the summer... as such, it's over 100*F outside. So I ask my roommate if I could put it in his room, which is the only one with an A/C unit. He goes on vacation and 2 weeks later he returns and I look in... and it's like a stouty blood-bath. The lid blew off and the krausen apparently just kept spewing onto his floor |
| 3 favorite beers | 1) Moylan's Kiltlifter 2) 3) ....I'll get back to you on that. It's so hard to decide |
| Why I homebrew... | It's a great activity that my girlfriend and I can enjoy doing together. The whole process is exciting and I feel like every time I brew is a lesson. Brew science is really fascinating. |
