Mini Interview |
|
| My first homebrew... | First homebrew was a pseudo-pilsner, a mix of extracts and steeped grains with an ale yeast. |
| Homebrewing Story... | I was brewing an alt and had just mashed in when I realized I was out of propane. I went to get more gas and when I got home there was wort all over the floor. My mash tun had sprung a leak, I hooked up the gas, heated more water, and added the water to the mash tun. I then went to the LHBS and bought some LME to replace the missing sugars. The brew turned out decent but I won't be repeating that one. |
| 3 favorite beers | Rot Haus Brau IIPA Ninkasi Tricerahops Paulaner Hefeweizen |
| Why I homebrew... | Homebrewing provides me with cheaper, tastier, and more varied beers. |
