Mini Interview |
|
| My first homebrew... | My first home brew was a coopers pale ale kit with a couple added pounds of corn sugar and corn sugar to prime... You guessed it.. Cidery.. But live and learn. |
| Homebrewing Story... | I once had a spoiled batch and was, bottle by bottle, dumping the garbage beer down the drain ( we should all have stills so we never have to do this) Well I was a few hombrews into me and a few down the sink when I got impatient and frustrated. I decided it would be a little faster if I aimed the beer towards the drain... well have you ever seen the force which a fully conditioned beer opens a Grolsch bottle.. Now put that force BEHIND a half liter of spoiled beer and what do you get? A newly painted kitchen....WITH BEER. |
| 3 favorite beers | The one in my hand |
| Why I homebrew... | I like doing things myself. I enjoy beer a great deal more having spent the time brewing it. The hobby is an endless challenge full of avenues to explore and things to build. Plus the low dollar cost helps my be generous with my neighbours and I could really ramble on for hours about all the reasons I love it but I'll sum it up with "because it's great" |
