Mini Interview |
|
| My first homebrew... | Can of Cooper's hopped malt extract, 2 pounds of dextrose and a package of old dry yeast. |
| Homebrewing Story... | My roommate and I made beer in our university dorm room. We thought that if two pounds of dextrose would give us 5% alcohol, then why wouldn't four pounds give us 10% alcohol? It didn't quite work out that way, as you can probably guess. If I recall correctly, we ended up with five gallons of disgusting malt vinegar. |
| 3 favorite beers | Rogue Dead Guy Ale Oatmeal Stout Summer Lightning Pale Ale |
| Why I homebrew... | To have total control over the creative process, so I can brew a batch to my exact specifications. |
| Brewing Accomplishments | Currently moving up from extract and partial mash to all grain. |
