Mini Interview |

| My first homebrew... | Brew Canada Pilsner, turned out okay. Hoping to get into more intricate beers, but gotta start small first. |
| Homebrewing Story... | I started brewing when I helped a friend's dad set up a bait shop in a store that was once an on site home brewery. He offered to pay me for helping him set up, but I asked if I could take home some of the discarded brewing equipment off his hands instead. "Sure, I was just going to throw it away, but if you want it, it's all yours." So I got my equipement and a can of Brew Canada Pilsner to start things off. I haven't brewed many batches, but now that I have a house of my own, and a basement my wife said I can do whatever I want with, I'll be brewing more and more. |
| 3 favorite beers | Guiness Extra Dry Molson Canadian Grolsh |
| Why I homebrew... | I tried it for fun once, and got hooked. Simple as that. |
| Brewing Accomplishments | Not much; 3 batches of all extract under my belt with my first partial extract stout on the go at the time of this writing. I'll get there when I get there. Once I brew 3 or 4 partial extract batches, I'll see about moving up the Intermediate level. |
