| My first homebrew... | IPA, I recently found my notes from that batch, extract with specialty grains. My dad got me the gear and a recipe for a birthday gift. Came out pretty good, the beer not my notes. |
| Homebrewing Story... | I tried my hand at an irish red ale for the first time. I was very new to all grain and in my recipe calc the roasted barley was listed as 300L but my lhbs only had 500L. I didn't think to adjust the amount so I ended up with a nice english brown. I got it right on my second try and I am enjoying a nice irish red right now |
