| My first homebrew... | My very first batch was a kit Weizenbier. It was drinkable, but not very good. I knew I could do better. |
| Homebrewing Story... | I tried a Scotch Ale once that turned into 5 gallons of Malt Vinegar. I think it was my 2nd batch, and it had a really bad stuck fermentation. I contaminated it with all of the opening of and tinkering with the fermenter. |
