Mini Interview
My first homebrew... I got caught brewing 20 gallons in my closet when I was 16. My mom wanted to know why all my clothes smell like beer. We used old quart glass 7up and coke bottles to bottle. Back then all soda bottles were glass and used caps. The beer was terrible, some were bombs and most were carbonated like champagne. In 1973 all the brewing information came from library books. Does anyone remember those?
Homebrewing Story... Don't drink while you brew. It can cause you to forget to close the ball valve on your conical while you fill. And if it's dark, you won't know if it's running down the driveway. Don't let the gutter get more than your conical.
3 favorite beers I love free beers. . . . . Cold beers. . . . and Carbonated beers.
Why I homebrew... Home brewing is a science and an art. . . . I do it for the adaboys. . . . and give most away.
