Mini Interview |
|
| My first homebrew... | It was a typical extract kit with added corn sugar and dry yeast, fermented in the plastic bucket. It came out out pretty good, ok, well, er, it was drinkable, mostly it didn't hurt anybody. Actually it was good enough to make me want to make more.... |
| Homebrewing Story... | Well the time I made root beer and used Red Star beer yeast was pretty funny, especially the night the bottles started exploding... that was fun. |
| 3 favorite beers | Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, Uinta IPA, Full Suspension Ale (a Utah beer) |
| Why I homebrew... | I can usually make it better than I can buy it, but mostly I can make it just like I like it! |
| Brewing Accomplishments | Just good beer, as judged by some long time beer drinkers. |
