Mini Interview |
|
| My first homebrew... | Honey nut brown ale. I spent the first couple of years accidentally oxygenating my beers through careless racking and bottling, so they all developed a strong off-flavor. This particular batch's off-flavor was so strong that I fed it to the hogs (who loved it just as it was.) |
| Homebrewing Story... | |
| 3 favorite beers | Fullers London Pride Pale Ale Fullers London Porter Guinness Extra Stout |
| Why I homebrew... | The hobby is a fabulous combination of chemistry, biology, agriculture, and Divine Providence. |
| Brewing Accomplishments | I have gone from brewing small extract batches of horrible stuff to 10 gallon all-grain batches that I am very proud to serve to friends and strangers. You just have to keep at it. |
