| Brewing Accomplishments | All brews have gone without mistakes or incidents, that seems like a great accomplishment! (well....not true, I had one dropped carboy after brewing all day that resulted in losing a batch of DCIPA. I have now, gone all grain. Oh my gosh, if you are hesitating, don't.
