| My first homebrew... | I bought an off-the-shelf kit from the LHBS. The yeast and hops were stored at room temp for I don't know how long. I used half the utensils in the kitchen, made a huge mess and didn't have much fun. The beer wasn't that good and went stale pretty quickly. |
