| My first homebrew... | First homebrew was a extract w/ specialty grain porter that I named ALMOST SCREWED VIRGIN PORTER, because it was my first time and I thought for sure I ruined it. I fermented it at around 82°. It was pretty hot from the fusel alcohol, but pride allowed me to drink most of it. |
| Homebrewing Story... | During the primary ferm. of my 1st beer the air lock clogged. While I stepped away to prepare another airlock my girlfriend decided to get close to the plastic bucket fermenter to read the temperature sticker. Kaaablammmm! The lid blew open and deposited yummy kraeusen chunks to her hair and face. Perfect timing!! :) |
