| My first homebrew... | sam smith winter welcome clone. 5 gal batch with 3 gal boil. I didn't account for the boil off and had a pretty high OG. Used Windsor yeast without a starter and it finished out at about 1.030. Would have tasted yummy if it wasn't so damn sweet. |
