Recipe Details
Tasting Notes Has a slight roasty and earthy taste. Quite different and quite good. The Cluster hops gives it a very good and unique taste.

Procedure Steep grains in 1 gal of water for 30 min at 155. Add extracts and corn sugar, bring to boil, add Cluster hops without using a hop sack (3/4 oz for 30 min and 0.25 oz for 5 min). Final volume is 2.25 gall, ferment at 65 using Nottingham yeast
