Description
I wanted to brew a not so traditional and patriotic oktoberfest ale. Like the nazi's taking down the french, I wanted to take down a clean Munich ale !

Recipe Details
Tasting Notes Clean and hoppy. Might want to trade off a pound of 2 row for Munich if in taste of more malt.
Awards Only brewed once, tweaks expected seasonally.
Boil Volume 6.00 gallons
Boil Time 60 minutes
Batch Size 5.00 gallons
Yeast White Labs WLP029 German Ale (75% app. attenuation)
Primary Fermentation 1 week
Secondary Fermentation 2 weeks

Procedure Batch sparge as usual. I used German Herkules Hops instead of Columbus.
