Recipe Details
Tasting Notes I think it is pretty close to the guidlines of the style. Was a little harsh, I will try to ferment cooler temp. or with ale yeast next time.

Procedure Add crystal malt to 2 gallons of water, then bring to boil. Remove gains from water. Add malt extract and boiling hops, boil for 58 min. Add finishing hops and boil for 2 min. Cool to 100 degrees F and transfer to fermenter with 3 gallons of cold water. Aerate, and pitch yeast.
