Boil Time 30 minutes
Batch Size 5.50 gallons
Yeast White Labs German Larger (77% app. attenuation)
Primary Fermentation 7 days glass
Secondary Fermentation 28 days glass

Procedure Used 15 qts of 169 deg F water to mash at 152 deg F for 60 minutes. Added Cherries to primary fermenter 4 days after fermentation starts. used 3/4 cup priming sugar at bottling time. Fermentation temperature was low for ale but high for lager 57 to 60 deg F (my garage in winter).
