Procedure this beer was made with the Australian brew in a bag method with a step infusion mash. in the brew kettle heat 8 gallons of water to 111-115ºF, mash in grains slowly in large mesh bag submerged in brew pot for 20min. second rest 120-124ºF at 20min. 152-155ºF at 20min. mash out at 160ºF (to mash out lift grain bag and let drain until 5 gallons is collected) bring to boil. see easy.
