Procedure Bring 2 gallons of water to a boil. Boil Schedule: Counting down from 60 minutes. Add 3.3 lbs LME, zest of 3 lemons and 1.5 lbs of honey at 60 min. Add Bittering Hops at 40 min. Add 3.3 lbs LME at 20 min. Add Irish Moss at 10 min. Add Aroma Hops at 5 min. Cool to 68-72 degrees and strain into primary.
