01A. American Lager, Light/Standard/Premium
Description
Wanted to do something light and easy, but not lame. Tried to follow Kolsch type guidlines and threw some acorn squash into the mash after baking it for an hour or so. Added Victory and Vienna to increase bready and earthy notes.
