04C. Bitter And English Pale Ale, Strong Bitter / English Pale Ale
Description
Just a simple extract recipe for a, hopefully, nice bitter English style ale. I'm doing an extract because I'm using yeast dregs from a porter I did not too long ago using White Labs London ale yeast. I took the dregs from the bottom of the fermenter after transfer and stored them in a sanitized container. This is my first starter and if it doesn't pan out, well, then I will not have put too much work in!
