Recipe Details
Tasting Notes Very smooth with little to no hop aroma/bitterness. Great grain(wheat) flavor mid-way to the end. Will make again.

Yeast Wyeast 1010 (78% app. attenuation)
Primary Fermentation Glass for 2 weeks @ 70-72F
Secondary Fermentation Kegged, 13psi @40F
Other Fermentation
Procedure Single infusion for 1 hour at 160 with 3.5 gallons water. Sparged with 3.75 gallons at 170. Boiled for 1 hour with hop schedule. Cooled and pitched 1.4L starter made the night before.
