Procedure I mashed 3lbs of two-row base malt, 1/2 lb carapils, 1 lb flaked rice at 155 degrees, sparge at 162 degrees. Ran off enough to get 5 gallon preboil. Did a 45 minute boil ,stopped the Brew pot at 30 min , poured the extract in and restarted.
